Wedding Story

Seeing the sun rise upon Gun Lake the morning of Melanie and Angelo’s September lakeside wedding, you could feel all of the amazing potential that the day held and it did not disappoint. You’d never know that the couple, their family and our team put this wedding together in just about 2 months, it was a dream day for a dream couple!

Ceremony

The day started with Melanie and Angelo sharing their first look and vows along the water’s edge. Then the couple joined their friends to enjoy some photos together around the beautiful property at Bay Pointe Inn. Guests started to arrive at the lakeside ceremony location and take in the views. The wedding party and Melanie entered into the ceremony from music from Lord of the Rings and it was the best!

Cocktail Hour

Following the ceremony, guests were able to enjoy passed appetizers and cocktails in the Pavilion. Mammoth Party hosted the best photo booth experience for the whole night and it was the most fun! Within the Pavilion, tables with soft purple floral accents with glowing candles and greenery awaited everyone. Cheers welcomed Melanie and Angelo into the reception! Three meaningful toasts started the reception. One from Melanie’s sister and matron of honor and two others via recorded video from Angelo’s brother and father. All three were so special to hear!

Dinner & Dancing

Then the team at Bay Pointe Inn served up a delicious dinner spread and plated cake from Connie’s Cake. It was the perfect lakeside wedding as the sunset along the water. Torches and bonfire pit provided a cozy atmosphere. Inside the Pavilion, Luke from LuFru Entertainment kept that dance floor rolling with one jam after the other and it was a blast to watch! What a perfect day!
