You’ve got all the motivation needed and are ready to take on the world, but all of a sudden, it looks like a lot. Let us come in and get you started with our Month-of Coordination! We kick-off immediately with setting a solid baseline by creating your timeline, preliminary floor plans, decor outline and analyzing remaining vendor needs. As your wedding day gets closer, your lead planner will reach out to schedule your final planning meeting together and final venue site visit, as well. Then we take it from there and bring the whole thing home!
-Let’s get started: Month-of Coordination launches with an initial on-boarding meeting to walk-through our planning software, discuss preliminary details, answer questions and review any vendor referrals needed. This on-boarding meeting is scheduled to take place early on after the initial booking is completed.
-Immediate action items: Your lead planner will then create preliminary documents for you after the call, which includes your timeline, decor outline and venue floor plans, as applicable. At this time, your lead planner will also provide any remaining vendor referrals and you will have access to the planning software throughout your entire planning process!
-Next steps: Then you move into downtime, during which, your lead planner is just an email away for help with major questions/problems, vendor updates, stationery proofing needs and more.
-Month-of Kick-off: Approximately two months from the wedding date your lead planner will reach out to schedule your “month-of” kick-off meeting. During this meeting, you’ll revisit your main documents to create final versions and identify any remaining questions. Typically this takes place prior to the final venue meeting, which your planner will attend, pending availability.
-Vendor communication: Following your final meeting, your lead planner will then communicate all of these final documents to your applicable vendors so that everyone is on the same page. In the month leading up to your wedding, you’ll have unlimited call, text and email access to your lead planner.

"We couldn't imagine our day without her. She truly allowed us to sit back and enjoy the moment without ever having to worry about anything. She kept a drink in our hand, and answered all of our family members' questions. But most importantly, she took the vision we had and a pile of decor and transformed our backyard into the most beautiful venue we could have ever dreamt of.
