Pineapple Punch Events is based out of Coopersville in West Michigan and proudly serves all of Michigan. I regularly travel to Detroit, Ann Arbor and Northern Michigan to help plan magical weddings and am a preferred planner at several venues in those locations.

You’ve got all the motivation needed and are ready to take on the world, but all of a sudden, it looks like a lot. This is not your typical Day-of Coordination, find out what sets this Month-of Coordination service apart from others.
Ready to tackle planning your wedding, but not sure where to start?
Month-of coordination services start at $3,500.00*
Month-of Coordination includes:
- Approximately two months before your wedding day, we'll do a status chat to review details together. Then I'll communicate these final details to your vendor crew and make sure that everyone is on the same page. I'll also attend your final venue meeting and/or site visit.
- Ceremony rehearsal coordination for one hour the day before your wedding day.
- Twelve wedding day hours with myself and one assistant. During which, we'll set up your approved decor items, collaborate with your vendor team throughout the wedding and facilitate a stress-free day for you and your partner.
- We get started IMMEDIATELY after booking!
- You have access to an incredible planning software for your entire planning process.
- During our initial chat, we'll create your timeline based on how you and your partner want to spend your wedding day! Discuss vendor preferences and review overall design needs.
- Shortly after our initial chat, you'll receive your timeline, preliminary floor plans, and custom vendor referrals.
- My main goal is to make sure that you and your partner start off on the right track and have everything you need to get started planning your wedding day.
- After initial deliverables, we move into downtime, where I'm always just a quick email away for major questions, proofing quotes/stationery and more.
Month-of Coordination
Partial Planning service is a guided planning process that creates curated experience customized to your needs and lifestyle.
No wedding is exactly alike so who says that your planning process needs to be too?! I'll work with you and your partner throughout your planning to help ensure that everything is taken care of and that your wedding dreams are realized.
Are you looking for someone to take the reins of planning your wedding, but still want to be involved?
- Design services are also included! Together, we'll discuss your vision and I'll help bring it to life with a curated design guide and vendor referrals.
- Ceremony rehearsal coordination for one hour the day before your wedding day.
- Fourteen wedding day hours with myself and one assistant. My team will take care of all of your details, collaborate with your vendor team, and make sure that you, your partner and guests have an amazing day!
Partial Planning includes:
Partial Planning services start at $5,000.00*
Partial Planning
- Partial Planning kicks-off with an initial on-boarding meeting to walk-through our planning software and set the initial groundwork for your wedding. Clients will have access to the planning software throughout their planning process.
- Communication is a huge part of the Partial Planning service! We schedule monthly video chats together to review wedding goals and tasks.
- Based on your wedding needs and preferences, I'll provide custom vendor referrals and take care of all vendor communication throughout your planning process.
- I'm available throughout your wedding planning process for in-person site visits, catering tastings, vendor meetings and more!
With both packages that additional hours and planning assistants may need to be added onto the total package price pending the scope of work at the discretion of Pineapple Punch Events at their predetermined per assistant/per hour rates.
Travel fees may also be added based on the wedding location(s).
All packages require a non-refundable 20% retainer fee to secure the date and planning services.

The day of the wedding, my husband and I could focus entirely on having the best day of our lives because she was handling everything behind the scenes.
