Real Wedding Story: Allie & Brandon

There’s always something a little extra special about a Friday wedding and Allie and Brandon’s wedding was no exception! It was such a wonderful day to celebrate this kind, considerate and fun-loving couple! 

Allie and Brandon’s wedding day took place at the Royal Park Hotel in downtown Rochester. It was the perfect setting to host all of their wedding moments, from getting ready- reception. The couple got ready on-site and enjoyed a fun morning with their friends while getting ready for the big day! Guided by Andi B Photo and Akachi Media, Allie and Brandon shared their first look together in the beautiful halls of the venue and along the brook they read their vows in private together. Then the couple and their wedding party took pictures around the venue and outside among the pretty natural landscapes. The ceremony took place in the glass conservatory at the hotel, in front of an arch created by the couple. Officiated by Allie’s uncle, Michael, their ceremony included many happy laughs and happy tears! Following the ceremony, guests headed to the banquet hallway to enjoy appetizers and festive cocktails from the Royal Park Hotel. As guests got ready to enter the room, they found their escort cards on a table glowing with candles and bud vases. All of the reception tables were decorated with blush and greenery bouquets, votive candles, white linens with blue/green runners and a sweet thank you note from the couple. From there, the Royal Park Hotel served up a delicious meal as everyone enjoyed catching up with one another. Dessert was an assortment of mini cupcakes from Milk & Honey and cookies from Insomnia Cookies- so much goodness! To open up the dance floor, Allie and Brandon has a surprise for all of their guests! They started with one slow dance song, then the DJ pretended to “mess up” as he started a whole new song for the couple; “Angel” by Shaggy, to which Brandon performed to Allie! It was such a hit! DJ Black Sheep kept that dance floor moving all night! It turned out to be the perfect day for this couple and it was our pleasure to be a part of it!
