The Felt Mansion, originally constructed in 1925, set the stage for Katie and Steven’s wedding day. There is so much history and love that went into building this estate, I cannot think of a more romantic setting.
Their ceremony was held outside of the timeless white chapel built in 1927. Katie arrived in style in a vintage black mustang driven by her father- quite the entrance! As she made her way down the aisle, you could see the excitement in Steven’s eyes, this way the moment he had been waiting for.
After the ceremony, guests were invited to take a step back in time and tour the 12,000 square foot historic mansion and stunning grounds while they enjoyed cocktails and appetizers. After cocktail hour, guests were greeted into the reception glowing with candlelight. The tables were decorated with white linens, sleek gold chargers, and soft pink and creamy neutral floral arrangements. An exquisite plated meal was served by Adeline Leigh Catering. For dessert, a family favorite, Bavarian cream filled cake from Boonzaaijer Bakery and bundtinis from Nothing Bundt Cakes. DJ Nico from Moment in Time DJ’s got the party started and kept that dance floor packed all night. Late night Taco Bell was delivered which is always a crowd-pleaser! As the night came to close, everyone cleared the dance floor as Katie and Steven shared one last dance together. It was the most magical day for the sweetest couple.
Congratulations! We wish you a lifetime of happiness.!
