Michigan delivered the most stunning early May day for Ryan and Alexandria’s wedding, giving us crystal clear skies and sunshine. Black Barn Vineyard and Winery was the setting for their spring day. This day was sprinkled with so many personal moments, starting with Alexandria’s first look with her father and then heading out to the willow tree to see her soon-to-be husband. After a heartfelt ceremony and the couple’s communion, the couple took advantage of the perfect spring day with wedding party photos around the gorgeous grounds.
Back at the venue, guests kicked off the evening with signature cocktails, served appetizers from Skosh Catering and corn-hole, custom designed by the bride’s father. Under the tent, farmhouse tables were adorned with lush greenery garland and soft candlelight from Lee Floral Design. Champagne toasts opened up the reception that led to a delicious meal from Skosh Catering. Guests were treated to a spread of mini desserts, including strawberry shortcake shooters, mini cheesecakes, and s’more cookies- yum! The Block Party opened up the dance floor and the party was on! The evening became a little cool but the bride proudly wore her custom Mrs. McCord jean jacket over her wedding dress. Guests were surprised with a hanging soft pretzel display with Parmesan cheese dip as a late night snack! The dancing did not stop until the lights came on!
Congratulations Ryan & Alexandria!
