Brianna and Jacob’s Wester’s Family Winery wedding was what chic boho dreams are made of! The couple have such kind and playful personalities that were infused into their wedding day feel and design. It was really fun to see those aspects come through in their wedding design and throughout their wedding day.
Sunny skies greeted their guests as they made their way through the field to the vineyard at Wester’s Family Winery. Set out on the way to the ceremony, a drink station featuring refreshing waters, Miller Lite cans and hard seltzers. A vintage mirror welcome sign guided guests on their journey to the oak tree in the vineyard. At the top of the vineyard, a glowing vignette of candles, fabric and beautiful blooms opened into their ceremony. Jacob walked down the aisle with their bulldog named Hank, who wore his “best dog” bandanna. He was the goodest boy! It was such a sweet and personal ceremony to celebrate the love that these two share!
As the couple and their family took photos, the guests headed back to the venue to enjoy cocktail hour. Guests loved the custom “Hank” cocktail napkins that accompanied the cocktails. Boursin stuffed mushrooms, spring rolls, prosciutto wrapped asparagus and bourbon meatballs appetizers were such a hit with their guests. It was the perfect late summer day as guests took in the views and played lawn games.
Entering the reception space, guests found their seating assignments on a mirror with lovely textured paper table lists. Soft taupe fabric runners lined the wood tables at Wester’s Family Winery. The reception tables were adorned with glowing pillar candles and airy vases full of pampas grass. As guests sat down at their tables, dinner and dessert flowed seamlessly from one to the next. At the fire pit, a surprise s’mores station was waiting there! One memorable moment was everyone gathering on the deck for one big photo together!
After the group photo, the couple kicked off the dance floor with a romantic first dance. To refuel their dancing crowd, the couple had a fun surprise in store for their guests! To celebrate National Cheeseburger Day, Brianna and Jacob ordered some McDonald’s cheeseburgers for a late night feast for their guests. I will never forget watching everyone’s face as they made their way to the table and discovered the cheeseburgers- pure joy! From start to finish, it was beyond a pleasure planning with these two and watching them have the best time on their wedding day!
Congratulations to Brianna & Jacob and much love to you both! (and Hank!)
