Real Wedding Story: Katie & Aaron

Katie and Aaron’s wedding day totally reflected them as a couple and it was a pleasure to help their vision to unfold! These two are so kindhearted, thoughtful and considerate of each other, their family and friends. The whole day had a relaxed ease to it as everything flowed from one moment to the next allowing the couple and their wedding party to fully immerse themselves in the day. 

After hair and makeup appointments were completed at Black Barn Vineyard and Winery, Katie and her bridesmaids got dressed and then had a reveal which was so much fun to watch! After that Katie and Aaron shared a sweet first look together, as well. The ceremony pergola was adorned with flowing greenery and white floral. The white roses used in this installation by Niloo Rosi Designs were beyond stunning, it was the perfect scene for this couple to say their “I do’s.” Following their ceremony, a charcuterie board of appetizers awaited them and a bar menu featuring the couple’s cats and options. These kitties made an appearance again in two other places, the table numbers and the cake topper; they looked so cute! The tables were decorated with dreamy blue runners and lush greenery and floral stems scattered between glowing candles. Favor bags of swedish fish for the “Fischers” were also placed at everyone’s seat. For dinner everyone got to enjoy wood fire oven pizza from the Wood Fired Up Food Truck, which was a crowd favorite! It was such a fun dinner option and experience for their guests! More tasty treats were to be had with Katie and Aaron’s dessert display; featuring a variety of mini cupcakes, mini pies and truffles. The dance floor kicked off and kept going the whole night, this group had so much fun! We were honored to share in this couple’s day and help them to create lifelong memories!
