Real Wedding Story: Tina & James

Love was so abundant on Tina and James’ wedding day! It is so clear that Tina and James make such a great pair and are so head over heels for each other. Both of them are also so genuinely kindhearted and joyful! We had so much fun helping them achieve their wedding vision and witnessing their love on their wedding day. 

It turned out to be such a lovely day for their end of July wedding; a light breeze, 75 degrees and sunny. Their outdoor ceremony took place under the pergola on the pond and it went off without a hitch. These two shared their vows and there were some meaningful moments involving their families. A special detail that day was the jeweled turtle ring box that held their wedding bands. James used that same ring box to propose to Tina in Hawaii, who loves turtles and it was only fitting that it made an appearance on their wedding day as well. After the ceremony, guests enjoyed cocktail hour and catching up with one another. Guests also signed a cloth-covered world atlas with their well wishes for the happy couple! Tina and James are avid travellers, so it was the perfect choice for them. 

Guests sat down to tables filled with greenery and floral accents with lots of candles and at each place setting a succulent floating candle was waiting for them. Tina, James and their wedding party did their reception introductions in a sports theme which ended in a fun group huddle! After that, some special toasts were shared and then dinner was served by Taste of Heaven Catering. Following dinner, Tina and James cut their cake and then trays and crates of cookies and donuts awaited guests for a sweet treat. Then Tina and James shared some special dances with their parents, leading up to their first dance, after which, they were whisked away for sunset photos. It was such a pleasure to work with these two and witness their day!
