Boho chic and easy-going vibes for days! Alex and Austin’s wedding day had an effortless feel, just like their love for each other. Upon meeting them you can just tell how naturally these two fit together. Seeing everything come together for them on their wedding day was so special!
The overarching color palette for the day was an array of neutrals, with textured dry filler and soft accents spread throughout the venue at Black Barn Vineyard and Winery. At the ceremony location, acrylic signage with a stylish modern font welcomed guests and noted their desire for guests to witness the ceremony with them by having an unplugged ceremony. Chilled bottled waters were also waiting out at the oak tree ceremony site to refresh guests after their walk. While sending Austin and his parents down the aisle, you could just tell how excited he was to see Alex. Then the moment came when Alex and her father stepped into view and it was magical, she looked so stunning in her flowing dress and veil. During the ceremony, these two shared vows together and everyone definitely got a little teary-eyed. After announcing the new Mr. and Mrs., guests headed back to the barn for apps and drinks; featuring signature drinks like a mojito and captain & coke. The rest of their bar menu was featured on acrylic bar signs with taupe background and crisp white font- to say we were obsessed with their style is an understatement!
Tables were decorated with creamy ivory cheesecloth, varying candles, bud vases with dry filler and sandalwood linen napkins. Each place setting also included custom macron favors for everyone. The head table glistened with so many glowing candles, which created such a romantic scene for Alex and Austin. After a delicious dinner from Angel Food Catering, Alex and Austin cut their wedding cake and while they set off for their sunset photos, our team set out their delectable desserts. Guests had so many sweet treats to choose from including 4 flavors of cupcakes; cookies & cream, coconut, strawberry and vanilla. It didn’t stop there either with several donut flavors for guests to enjoy as well! After Alex and Austin shared a sweet first dance, DJ Derrick Morrison opened up the dance floor that stayed packed until the very end. It was such a fun night celebrating this sweet couple!
Congrats to Alex and Austin- we know the future holds great things for you!
