We offer two wedding planning services; month-of and partial. Our month-of wedding coordination is a custom service that allows you to plan the wedding of your dreams and then we come in and bring it all together for your big day. The partial wedding planning is a guided process that helps to make sure that you stay on track as well as executing logistics on your wedding day. Within all of our wedding planning services, we work with you to develop a communication plan that fits your planning goals and lifestyle.
We are preferred vendors at Black Barn Vineyard and Winery, the Whiskey Factory and Zingerman’s Cornman Farms.

-The month-of coordination service launches with an initial on-boarding meeting to walk-through our planning software, discuss preliminary details, ask questions and any vendor referrals needed. Planner will then create preliminary documents for client after call; timeline, decor outline, ceremony/reception floor plans, as applicable. Clients will have access to the planning software throughout their planning process.
-Then client moves into downtime, in which they can reach out to the lead planner with major questions/problems, vendor updates, stationery proofing needs, etc.
-Approximately one month from the event date the lead planner and clients officially kick-off the month-of services by revisiting the preliminary documents to create final versions at their final meeting. Typically this takes place prior to the final venue meeting, which the planner will attend with the clients, pending availability. The lead planner will then communicate these final documents to applicable vendors so that everyone is on the same page. During the month-of the event, the clients have unlimited call, text and email access to their lead planner.
-Ceremony rehearsal coordination by lead planner for up to one hour at the determined time and date.
-Lead planner and one assistant are included for 12 hours coordination hours on the wedding day. These hours include the set up of approved decor, troubleshooting, working through logistics with vendors and helping the clients to have a stress-free day!
Month-of coordination services start at $2,500*
-The partial planning service launches with an initial on-boarding meeting to walk-through our planning software, discuss preliminary details, planning status, ask questions and any vendor referrals needed. Clients will have access to the planning software throughout their planning process.
-Following the on-boarding meeting, the lead planner immediately begins implementation of the planning goals and tasks as needed by the clients. The clients have unlimited email, text and call access to the lead planner throughout their planning process. Light wedding vision and design consultation.
-Review of vendor needs and priorities. Then planner will supply referrals for client approval after which the planner will reach out for quotes/proposals. Communication with vendors and distribution of updated wedding documents/details throughout planning process.
-Ability to attend up to four site visits and/or vendor meetings pending availability.
-Ceremony rehearsal coordination (one hour.)
-Lead planner and one assistant are included for up to 14 hours coordination hours on the wedding day. These hours include the set up of discussed decor, troubleshooting, working through logistics with vendors and helping the clients to have a stress-free day!
Partial Planning services start at $3,500*
*Please note with both packages that additional hours and assistants may need to be added onto the total package price pending the scope of work at the discretion of Pineapple Punch Events at their predetermined per assistant/per hour rates.
**Travel fees may also be added on based on the wedding location(s).
All packages require a non-refundable 20% deposit to secure the date and planning services.
